Oxford Lindy Hoppers’ monthly social dance, but even bigger and better! We are very excited to welcome Airlie Scott’s Pronto Swing for a live edition of Hop the Hall – an evening with a taster class & social dancing on 2 Oct, 2026!
Pronto Swing is a London and Oxfordshire-based vintage jazz and swing band led by jazz vocalist (and social dancer!) Airlie Scott. Specialising in irresistible swing, American Songbook classics, French chanson, and bluesy standards, they bring a distinct European flair and infectious vintage rhythms to the floor. Known for their warm, joyful energy, they know exactly how to play for social dancers and are guaranteed to keep dancers on their feet and smiling all night.
For this fantastic Hop the Hall event, alongside front-woman Airlie, are the versatile saxophones of Jamie Castell, the driving keys of Ed Wiles on piano, Tim Dawes on double bass, and Noah Stone anchoring the rhythm on drums.
