Fire Station Swing brings you fun, friendly swing dance classes in the heart of Oxford. Classes every Thursday during term time. Book the whole term in advance to save £20 compared to the individual class price.

Learn to Lindy Hop! This energetic partner dance originated in African-American communities at the height of the Swing Era in the 20s, 30s, and 40s and is still a global phenomenon today.
Oxford Lindy Hoppers teach fun, friendly drop-in classes. No previous dance experience is required for beginners – Level 1 – class, and no need to bring a partner for any of our classes!
Level 2
7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – The Loft
Level 1 – recommended for beginners
8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. – The Loft
Level Tech
8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. – The Studio
Social dancing (all levels): 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. – The Loft
1 class (with social dancing) – £8; 2 classes (with social dancing) – £10; Social dance only – £3. Please remember to arrive in time to check in and pay before your class. Payments by card only.
